Just trying to help TJ out so he doesn't step into the backcourt. :)

That's pretty disgusting seeing that the ref is right there.

This why the NBA never beating the allegations.

If OKC wins, it will have an asterisk.
If OKC loses, it will go down as a choke job.

The Pacers put up a fight, but without Haliburton there's simply no offensive engine.

Bump that asterisk stuff, if they win they are the champs, that's that.

I don't think they look like the unbeatable juggernaut dynasty that people make them out to be though.

Like this isn't Miami's big three or Curry/KD/Klay/Draymond

Another really big bummer about this for the Pacers is Halliburton will miss all of next season.

They won't even get the chance to run it back.

I'm not trying to be that guy, but no one even bats an eye at this foul in the 90's. I hate the constant need to review everything.

Well Pacers definitely no since Haliburton will miss most of the year and honestly should just tank for a year.

OKC definitely can, I'm not hating on the talent or quality of their team, they are the best team in the west clearly but...people talk of them as if they have the league on lock the next 5 seasons and that they will be this dynasty.

You think of NBA dynasties they usually have TWO elite players. OKC has one. Just like Giannis Bucks, Jokic's Nuggets, they are here on the back of their MVP player and that is good for a championship but not a dynasty.

Only dynasty I think you could say had one elite player was Duncan's Spurs, I see Jdub and Chet more as Manu and Parker. Both are excellent players, both are all-star talents, but when you look at the history of dyansties it's usually because two tier A players team up. Whether it's Shaq and Kobe or Lebron and Wade or Curry and Durant.

I'd argue very strongly without Durant going to the Warriors they never win that 2nd chip, never win the third one, and likely would have made significant changes to where they never won a 4th one.

If Chet or Jdub develop into a true elite All NBA First team talent, sure, they'd become a dynasty, but right now they are carried on the back of SGA, same as Jokic's Nuggets, same as Giannis' Bucks.

Just explaining myself so that I'm not seen as some hater. I do think they are the best team in the NBA, but unbeatable? Nah. I don't feel the same despair as I did when KD went to the Warriors.
