I mean, is that really that much worse than our net on Westbrook?

KD is a shooting savant. Just make sure we keep a trainer available and some green and he will be good to go.

I’m talking about in the starting 5. Amen will guard one wing, but Jabari now has to guard the other. I’m actually not high on Tari as an on-ball defender, he’s more disruptive.

Are any those "pieces" rotational pieces that defend, prun an offense, or shoot?
I don't think the Suns have a lot of assets to trade to get those pieces. Dillon, himself, might be the most valuable piece they have to move, outside of Booker.
I think Dillon Brooks is fine, but I think "major glue guys" are less important than talent.

Brooks will be missed. He was a large part of shaping the identity of this team. He was the enforcer. Defended our guys or fired up our team with scuffles when we needed it. His mindset and edge was infectious. The team will definitely take a step back in this sense.

I’ve been out of town, busy with family, and just found out about the trade. I have to tip my hat to Mr. Stone. It’s brilliant!
The Suns got played, big time. I love it!

Collectively the Rockets didn’t get the job done. From coaching to players they simply didn’t perform at their best. Defensive lapses, missing open shots, missing FT’s ultimately lost us the series. Every player and coach needs to be held accountable not just scapegoating one player.

It's horrendously stupid takes like this, that i'm looking forward to not seeing anymore now the clown has left the building.

How many games did he lose them in the playoffs?

How many games are in a regular season by the way? Only won them 10?

This argument sure isn't making the point you were hoping it'd make.

I thought Jalen had to go regardless, so him going out along with keeping Phoenix's 27 and 29 picks I'm pretty happy with the trade.

I'd like Tari to start, but he doesn't he and Adams can wreck havoc on the league defensively off the bench. If Reed and Cam are more ready to contribute next year we are stacked. And we still have plenty of good picks for trades in the future.

The Suns won 64 games in 21/22 prior to KD, slid backwards during his time there and now find themselves likely headed for the lottery having traded multiple unprotected 1st round draft picks. They are one of the worst "all-in" stories in NBA history because of terrible decisions by their "new" owner.

From then to now is the rough equivalent of an airplane crashing nose-first into the ground.

Steph Curry laughs at your blatant attempt to make up a narrative.

I don't care about giving up Jalen. I'm going to miss Dillon and his ways of making our defense legit under Ime and bringing that swagger.
