    Basketball reference killed me lol.
Giannis was a much better player from his rookie year to his age 22 year than Jabari has showed at all thus far

And Stone made things worse by giving him a contract he didn’t deserve.

Wow….Bane goes for a buttload of picks and you can’t get any significant assets for Green??

Brooks probably has better trade value than Jalen. But his contract is too small to match Durant's. It'd require a lot of fillers, one of those (Bari or Tari) we are not willing to give up.

"not willing to offer meaningful assets for" is a real nice way to put it.

It would probably cost our #10 pick to dump him.

Bane is a much, much better player

Miami always seemed like a good bet. If they include Ware and picks it always seemed to me they could get this done. Phoenix probably prefers to send him to the east anyway.

Windhorst: The market is not an open market. There’s not 10 teams bidding and Phoenix can pick the best offer. The Suns want to do this by the draft. … It makes sense but nothing written says they have to. If they don’t like their offers, they don’t have to and something they’re considering at least a little bit.

This is the huge moment for the Suns franchise. They don’t have 4-5 players they can trigger a retooling around. They can’t trade Beal, aren’t trading Booker & the rest of the roster doesn’t have value. This is the maneuver they have to change the way this team will be operating going forward. They have to be patient and have to get it right.

His value is depressed because he’s limiting his market. That’s been very effective so far.

Apron-wise and tax-wise, there really really is not any viable path to a trade for KD without Jalen Green being sent out.

Ignore the trade machine. There are things you can make work in the trade machine (like Jabari + Dillon + Landale + Holiday for KD) that are not viable in the real world, because they would put Houston $15-20M over the tax line and require FVV to re-sign for like $20M and then for us to fill out the roster with seven minimum contracts. That is not a real thing that has any chance of happening.

And we 100% know FVV is not going out in any deal. If there's a deal, the bulk of the money going out is Jalen Green, period.

(I still don't think we will be trading for KD, in any construction)

tari played every game one of his seasons. Injury situation last year wasnt that bad. He is very important for next season. His low contract and impact on the court are more valuable that jabari. If I had to part with one id say jabari. I dont think we should get rid of either though in a trade for durant. Jalen(rerouted), Whitmore, Brooks, and 2 picks(#10) and one of our futures. If Jabari were in a package I would say no number 10 pick. Change it to a future pick or two of ours.

I wouldn't exactly call them "people"..... but do Jalen fans think that? Absolutely.

Real insiders barely know anything (beyond where he wants to go) but Ary Report and Shadab Khan and random X account knows the offers and what’s holding up a deal. :D

Vince Goodwill, Jake Fischer, Brett Siegel = “I THINK” he could, might, may, may not end up in Miami. Random X account = “HEAT GAINING SIGNIFICANT TRACTION”

without that contract though, it would be even harder to make a deal and match money. Probably have to add one of our own picks to help another team take him to grease the wheels.

    Jalen is a negative asset

all this “PHX just doesn’t want Jalen because they have Booker” is massive cope…if Jalen had any sort of cache whatsoever, he could then just easily be routed to a 3rd team
