EPL fixture list is out and the transfer window is open (for some...the rest starts on 7/1). The absolutely pointless Club World Cup is happening right now (if a tournament is played and no one watches, is it really happening?) Looks like I'll be getting the chance to attend Man U hosting Chelsea in September. Waiting for the EFL schedule to come out later this month in hopes that we'll get to go to a Wrexham game, as well.
So you don't think scheduling an unknown team from South Africa versus an unknown team from Korea on a Tuesday evening in a 25,000 capacity stadium in Orlando is a brillant idea by FIFA? Weird. But seriously, once we hit the knockout stages or the semis at latest, this could get interesting due to the excessive prize money. Will at least watch the Bayern games, because, well, there's nothing else to watch except the U21 Euros.
I'm a United fan and our transfers over the last decade have been some of the biggest busts in EPL history. But I don't think there's one bigger than Mykhailo Mudryk. Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk faces up to 4-year ban after doping charge Mykhailo Mudryk is facing a potential ban of up to four years after the Football Association charged the Chelsea winger with a doping offence. The 24-year-old was provisionally suspended in December having tested positive for a performance-enhancing substance named meldonium. The Blues were awaiting the results of a 'B' sample test to support or contradict the initial 'A' results and the FA announced on Wednesday that the Ukrainian winger now faces potential further punishment. "We can confirm that Mykhailo Mudryk has been charged with Anti-Doping Rule Violations alleging the presence and/or use of a prohibited substance, in terms of Regulations 3 and 4 of The FA's Anti-Doping Regulations," said the FA in a statement. "As this is an ongoing case, we are not in a position to comment further at this time." Chelsea declined to comment on the FA's latest action. Guidelines suggest Mudryk could now face a lengthy suspension despite the player previously denying knowingly breaking any rules.
As a Chelsea fan, the saving grace here is that we will most likely be able to void that contract now. He basically failed so hard we got bailed out.
No, they're real...but we do have Saudi Arabia participating (tonight against the USMNT). True but not what you had to pay Shaktar. Though the add-ons won't get paid out.
been keeping up with the new cwc. its been a fun lil tournament with some wild results the conmebol teams are taking this very seriously and while the euro teams can say they dont care, you can tell these shitty results are killing them. very rare W for fifa.
Yea I think that we will head to London September 18. This will allow me to see Tottenham at home and then I will also go to Brighton to see them the next week. I have always wanted to visit Brighton. if it doesn’t work out for that stretch, we will go over an early November so we can see a couple home matches that include Chelsea and United.
