    I kinda hoped they'd wait til next summer just to make sure he addresses his coaching flaws(shortened rotation, favoring veterans over younger players, stagnant offense), but I guess they wanted to make sure he knew the organization was committed to him given how awful other teams are treating their coaches lately.
