The ball carries like crazy at that minor league stadium. No wonder Jacob Wilson has such good hitting stats. I bet Cam Smith at least matches him if he played most of his games there.
I have missed all 3 games and we kicked ass the last two.................way to go Astros. I think I am most appreciative of is the clutch hitting by someone new every night, every series, it makes you think we can do this every game. The caveat(s) is these are the A`s and they are not that good, there playing in a AAA stadium and we have a bit of luck but DAM, I will take it Jake Meyers.......................is this real or a streak and he comes back to earth?

I'm amazed his WAR was that low. He didnt look that bad on defense . He is a Hall of famer . I bet his batting continues trending upwards. It looked like a lot of his power had been sapped at the beginning of the year , but he looks like he's seeing the ball well and has found a good sweet spot with his swing where the ball is jumping off the bat
Two dumb questions. Why the hell are they playing a getaway game at 10PM my time??? and if the A's are playing in the AAA field where the heck is the AAA affiliate playing. Sigh. Guess I will be watching some FIFA World team cup matches this afternoon.
Because the next series is down in Anaheim. Not crazy far compare to other getaway game. Still within state.

We are where we are in large part due to Pena and paredes . It's unbelievable how good those 2 have been. Pena #1 the defense is amazing . This is a prime defender at SS . #2 huge OBP and BA leap . Leading to more steals. Still legging out hits and doubles . On pace for 20+ bombs. This is an MVP campaign year in some years . 320ba SS with amazing defense and 20/30 You couldn't ask for more . I'm just worried he will get worn down . Even if he loses a tick of power as long as the defense is still elite he's a freaking 6 war guy .
