Though one of him or FVV would be gone in the scenario that we got KD. But then also Jabari and Tari extensions would be kicked in by then

Bottom line, they would have 39 committed to Sengun, cap hold on Amen, Jabari's new deal, and cap hold on rfa Reed. Reed may be cheaper than rfa offer so they could sign him first to free up more if that's the case. They would have max cap space even after holds. I'm ballparking about 125 held up so it would depend on cap figure by then. Spotrac projects 196 for cap.

This Jalen green pick has been a plague. We missed on our highest pick of the rebuild. We put him in a backcourt with KPJ. We paid him near max money prematurely even though he was bad his first 3 yrs. And while he improved in year 4, he was beyond terrible in 6 out of 7 playoff games. He clearly has little to no positive value with the contract. It’s like we compounded the original mistake by making additional mistakes. We could have just done what okc did with giddy or what golden state is doing with Kaminga. It’s time to just move off Jalen. Even just a lateral move woukd be better than bringing a guy back we so publicly tried to trade this offseason. Please free us from the Jalen saga; it’s time.

I agree with this, but I will just say that playing with KD would likely help Jalen a lot. Having him as a second option could make him lethal.
