I mean, it sounds like that's what they are trying to do, hence the tweets about Bulls, Hornets, etc. showing interests as potential third teams.
How do you use someone who can’t dribble and fades away against 6’4 players? Jabari is being used correctly because Jabari can’t be used any other way.
It’s already been announced that Beal is getting moved. He’s not coming back and Booker is going to his natural position at the 2. But I guess it sounds better to say otherwise. Suns aren’t rebuilding btw. They can’t even afford to rebuild considering they have zero picks. How do you rebuild while announcing you’re keeping your franchise player? They’re retooling.
I get PHX, why would they want Jalen Green, they have Devin Booker. Makes Sense. Stone need to build the trade around FVV and Jabari.
Is Fullcourtwhatever reliable? No to Jabari in these deals. wtf is going on.If Jalen and 2027 (or 10) and fillers don’t get it done…. Good luck to whoever outbid us then.
I hope we've been talking to other teams. We might have to move on because we shouldn't give Phoenix that much.
This is clearly the best deal that’s available right now if the plan is to compete. I don’t know why Minnesota would do it. Naz Reid as C is an easy lick. Gobert is trash in the playoffs but he’s a top 5 C in the regular season.
If Jabari is in the deal, what’s the hold up? perhaps moving Jalen to a 3rd team is proving to be difficult I asked the question earlier, but if Jalen Green was a free agent this summer, what would he be commanding on the open market? I doubt it would be anywhere close to 35 mil/yr with a PO and 10% trade kicker
So they are "retooling" and they don't see Jalen as a player who can help them do it.... they think a late 2nd or whatever they can get for him would be better... Sorry guy, but that's a harsh criticism. The Rockets want to dump him, the Suns flat out don't want him.... if he was the guy his fans thought he was, teams wouldn't look at him like a joke, but they do.
