For real lmao .. KD the type of person that will say something to make a fool of talking heads, especially First Take.. He hates the media with passion.. He probably laughing his ass off at them scrambling for insight
People start threads, bump threads, and fight each other in threads using rumors in rando Twitter accounts spreading random "news" that nobody knows is even a real rumor much less true. Even if the rumor is "true", the Rockets and others could just be planting them out there.

@Plowman…ignore that trash man.Love reading your thoughts ( they are better than most ).Also,I too have prayed for you and hope you are well brother.
I LOVE KD ….they are not going to give him away BUT we shouldn’t give away the farm for a 2 year gamble. He makes us better and gives us a chance to win it all but it’s only for a couple of years. I don’t want to look up and see a gutted team if he can't take us there. If weacquire him…can’t get fleeced.JMO.
firestone should also spam call okc and lakers telling their gm's to fukk off and that he's not trading with them, for no reason.
The strongest position in a negotiation is the one that's ready to walk away. We don't need KD. There are other, younger players we could trade for. If Phx isn't happy with the offer, they can find someone else to trade him to. I'm sure the Spurs are stiffing them too.
cant overpay for a guy who's gonna be 37 this year - and wants an extension... i'd gamble on the extension - thinking he'd retire after 2 or 3 years... but the price to get him has to make sense... i think he can legitimately give us a 2 or maybe 3 year window... ...and hopefully he doesnt kill us on the backend of the contract....
Would rather miss out than overpay. We are in a position where we can afford to just wait for the next season to get better by letting the talented players mature. We have so much potential and positive energy happening.
I'm all for being cheap with Phoenix. If they had wanted to make a deal earlier, I'd be more willing to include more pieces. However, several fans think that this move only sets up the Rockets for a couple of years. Do they remember that Amen Thompson plays for Houston? In two short years, he's going to be fantastic. In that sense, Durant is a bridge to our preferred future.
Tying up 55m/61m/61m for 3 years to KD makes me sick... I'd feel better at 55m/40m/40m+TO, but I know that will never happen. Fingers crossed that we pass on him and the Suns get a crap deal for him or decide to keep him until the deadline and it's chaos and they stink.
I'm more confused like, how are we gonna find all the shots available for this team. Jabari already gets zero shots. FVV takes all the shots plus the ones he doesn't like. Jalen is either a shot maker or a bricker. Dillon loves to just go into the paint and jack up a brick. Sengun needs his paint touches too.. Amen is probably the only guy who doesn't need shots because he grabs rebounds then scores but then we're not developing his offensive game. If KD were to come here, one of FVV or Jalen 100% has to go, ideally both if the front office really thinks Reed has what it takes to start.
Hearing that Suns may want Thompson included instead of Jabrari and an extra pick. I think the Rockets should have a policy to not trade any of their young players for 37+ year old near retirees. Rockets current offer is Green, 10th, Jabrari. Way too much for a 2 year rental. Trade for 23 year old frr agent Cam Thomas who averaged 24 a game last year.
Fred VanVleet played terrible the whole season, 4 great games in the Regular Season, Terrible for 40 games or injured for 22 games. Terrible the 1st 3 games, played great next 3 games, played mediocre in Game 7. Undersized SG thinks about himself than run the Team and make players better.
