Where are you getting he’s an above average glove? He’s been bad in the OF this season and last season at 2B he was bad as well…

He’s also been absolutely terrible in the playoffs so not sure that means much either. Don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t mind trading for him but I don’t think he moves the needle that much so he better be cheap. He’s got 0.1 bWAR right now lol

Walter also has a more deceptive delivery. You don't really see the ball until it is well on it's way to the plate.

The true source of his power. One thing we know in Houston is beards are good for the regular season, but struggle in the biggest playoff moments...

WTF? How does a pitcher sprain an ankle between starts so badly it needs an IL stint.

This team cannot get out of its own way ... if we aren't shredding elbows, we're breaking hands and ankles on off days.

    OK, I stand corrected.

WTF? How does a pitcher sprain a foot between starts so badly it needs an IL stint.

    Better?

They are pushing at the edges and basically starting a AAAA team. I kinda like it, but I kinda hate it too. If we can keep building on the west lead. . . while sitting some top guys . . . i love it.

Looks like the Astros are not getting any position player All-Stars this season

Our AAA guys should be familiar with a minor league atmosphere.

Altuve hadn’t reached his potential yet and Hosmer was probably at his peak. Would’ve been bad. Astro fans probably would’ve been ok with it at the time though.

Altuve was a 1.1 WAR player in 2013 with an OPS+ of less than 100.
