If you extend him, it's either an immediate S&T or you can't trade him until December.

If it's a S&T, the team he goes to is hard capped at the 1A.

Makes it real hard to send him to PHX unless they cut salary elsewhere. (I don't know if using the stretch provision on Beal is enough).

I'd move on if this is the price. The Rockets are still holding all of their picks. No way they're getting anywhere close to that. That second apron financial pressure will start to build too. The Suns don't have much leverage

Trading Durant for Gobert is just stupid for the Suns. Yes their defense was a huge problem last year, but Booker and the corpse of Beal aren’t winning shite in the West.

I think the future backcourt is Reed and Amen.

I just don't think they are ready to rely on that for this year.

Trade negotiations are ongoing during Game 3 (of the Finals) with the Suns (who are not in the Finals just negotiating while they are going on) is how Im guessing this was intended.

No, it means his value is not at his peak.

The suns need young players. He's probably the one furthest from minutes on the team.

Gobert doesn’t too much for Phoenix and I definitely think that increases the value of those future picks.

    Random center
    Randle
    Durant/McDaniels
    Edwards/Dante
    Conley

    Eh.

The rumored trade is Gobert, DD, and Dillingham.

It’s either leverage or Minny is about to blow up their team for a star trade like the Suns did

Vegas odds not withstanding, the Wolves make the most sense for Durant. They’ve been on the doorstep for 2 yrs; 2 WCFs. I suspect the deal is centered around Gobert and Dillingham like what has been reported. And I’m sure the wolves are willing to add draft pick compensation on top of it. Since much of this is about what Phoenix wants, their desire for a center, young prospect, and draft capital can all be met. If they really like Dillingham then Phoenix is gonna take Minny’s deal.

Want a center. Take Gobert (but might have to settle on Randle)
    Could they get Rob D?

Gobert or Randle, DiVincenzo, Dillingham, 17th pick

Not awful for a 37 year old and for a delusional owner who wants to win now. (Although I guess they really have no other option since they don’t have picks)

Need everything but a guard. About to extend Booker for 70M/yr, Beal under contract 2 more years, Grayson Allen under contract 3 more years.

    Rob-Book-Dunn-Randle-Richards
    Rob-Book-Dunn-?-Gobert

Heat once again offering a poo-poo platter. Here, you can have Duncan Robinson & Jovic. Herro has ascended, replaced by Jovic. Before it was Herro & Robinson for star player. :D Honestly incredible how they always get mentioned despite **** offers.

If Miami won’t give up Kalel Ware, they aren’t even in the Durant Sweepstakes

I wish we had Minnesotas 2030 pick if this happens.

Minni also has NOS, new owner syndrome. After getting the nod to be the owners the new governor will likely feel the tug to go go go.

T-pups will be difficult too overcome without a big-time overpay unless KD makes a big deal about Minnesota.

Owned by the Spurs (for, funnily enough, Dillingham)

    2030 1st (swap)
    2031 1st

Really nervous we gonna give up too much just to outbid a team. Since we probably won’t trade Fred I could easily see him & KD miss their avg 20+ games and we miss the playoffs in a cut throat west cause we gave up too much depth

KD is a risk for us. Anything going to Suns is a bonus for them so I hope Stone keeps it low

But the 4th game was going on when this was posted. So it seems to me it is still outdated at least by a few days. Odds like this can change multiple times in a day. It doesn’t really matter, I just found it odd. Vegas just massages the odds to get money flowing into a neutral pay out/ pay in. They just want their 10%.
