Just think he is one of the worst pg’s in the league. They signed that contract with the intent of using it in a trade for a star. I’ve said before he would be an excellent backup, but I don’t trust Ime to use him as a bench player. It’s just what’s best for the team, not personal.

Yep. So? He still forced his way out. They didn’t want to extend him. I don’t blame them. Either way I agree it makes no sense for Phoenix or Miami to get Durant.

Simple. Find the underground bookie mob boss they work for and make em an offer they can’t refuse.

If Stone allows Durant to join forces with Wemby and Fox in San Antonio while they get to keep Stephon Castle and add either Dylan Harper or VJ Edgecombe via the draft, it would be a big mistake. The Rockets are already looking up at the Thunder. Do you want the Spurs to zoom right past you while you sit on your hands, too?

I have a hard time even believing Ime would let Dillon go. He advocated for Fred and him and likes them both a lot. I think that’s why so many reports have us giving up Jalen and Jabari which is stupid for a rental KD and Stone should be fired if that happens. When KD retires then the Rockets will have a hole at PF. No reason for us to bid against ourselves since no team is giving the Suns what they really want.

I don’t trust any of these reports, but if it is true the want this wrapped up for the draft. It is because they want a pick in this draft. #10 looks to be the best available unless PhIlidelphia wants to somehow get involved.

Why are the Heat even in this and why would Durant want to go there? They are not one piece away.

Have you not noticed....the Heat were in all major trade rumors and reports since Lebron took his services to South Beach.

And it might be dating back to Morey driving his Tundras and Ipads to that beach..

F it…..I think the Suns are trying to extract too much from the Rockets for a rental. We need to turn our attention to Boston for Derrick White who would be perfect for our team.

Lookin' good boys. Miami is a made up option for clicks and PR, there's no way Riley gives him an extension that he wouldn't give Butler who's half a decade younger.

Then it's between us and the Wolves. Whichever team offers him the better extension will get Durant. I fear the Wolves may be willing to offer him the full 2-year max extension since they don't have many options. Hopefully we don't have to match that. IMO Durant has 2 helpful playoff runs in him.

I knew it would end up being for 1.5 picks. Looks like it might be even cheaper than that.

Sengun (must take 3's and play outside the paint more often)
Durant (over 40% catch and shoot)
Brooks (over 40% catch and shoot)
Green (over 40% catch and shoot)
    Amen

    Bench: Jabari, Tari, Sheppard

Now you just stagger Amen and Sengun and hope it's enough. You didn't lose any key prospects except Whitmore and #10. Most important of all, if a huge superstar becomes available, you still have the assets to make it happen. Wonderful. Would be so happy if this happens.

You understand they have to move salary and there's not really another option if Ime values FVV and Brooks more than Jalen.

It's more ridiculous to completely ignore what Ime thinks of his players or that we are the only ones bidding.
