My whole point is that lifetime criminals usually don't change, and the judges should have put Trump away when they had the conviction. Now he is not only taking millions for pardons, but continue committing crimes as always. He thinks he's untouchable now with his loyalists heading the Department of Justice, military, and FBI. Let's just hope peaceful protesters aren't roughed up in Houston this weekend or arrested by Greg Abbott's show of force.

 

Abbott has already called the Texas National Guard, what is wheels down afraid of anyway?

Are you talking about the George Floyd protests??

Those protests were because the world (yes there were protests even over in Europe) was fed up with police brutality… something yes was indirectly supported by Trump who on multiple occasions publicly endorsed this type of behavior. Trump wasn’t directly involved in the murder but his cultural influence was 100% part of what sparked those protests.

And despite the propaganda you were fed the protests as large scale as they were mostly were peaceful. Minnesota and a few other places did have a handful of rough nights though where arsonist jackasses took advantage of the situation to destroy property and make things difficult for the governor.

But it wasn’t something that then required Americans to lose their freedoms by voting in a fascist regime who 5 years later would use this pretense to justify the ushering in of an autocratic regime who would turn our state national guards into fed police.

Protests do sometimes have individuals who take advantage and do stupid sh$t yes. But the fact is we should still be able to express our first amendment rights and allow states and local law enforcement to handle those jackasses instead of taking your position and dealing with the consequences of what you likely voted for which is an autocratic police state where we lose our first amendment rights because the petty tyrant in charge can’t handle not being showered with love and praise like Kim Jung Un.

And don’t even do the whole “I didn’t vote for an autocratic police state” take. You 100% voted for this assuming you did vote for Trump which you’ve basically confirmed with every post since November.

So please… spare us the sanctimony man. We all know what you voted for and by doing so what you really think about first amendment rights.

 

Thank you for being on the side of the peaceful protest and the logical vote. Shame on me for my vote and commenting on what I wrongly deemed violence.
