The “stay safe” comment there is a little cute way to insinuate that all protests like this are crazy Rodney King style riots. That way he can seed a little bit of fear that could keep people from going out.

The only reason these rallies would get out of hand is if the fascist in the governors mansion Gregg Abbott and his lord and savior Donald Trump try to escalate in order to propagate.

The organizers for this one though are pros and will be instructing folks on how to peacefully protest in an effective way as long as people show up. I’ll be at the Dallas event myself.

What's funny is that protests often become irrelevant and forgettable if they remain peaceful.

 

Do you think the protests that got out of hand in 2020 and this year were due to the governors/president or the rioters?

I do not think "stay safe" is bad advice

Anytime you have many people gather and the environment is even partially charged you can end up with a situation that becomes unsafe

You could also suffer heatstroke .

League city is freaked ngnout and apparently people don’t understand the difference between a protest and a riot.

 

Speaking of multiple felony bonds, that orange-faced guy got given the golden key to freedom simply because he was running for President. We now have the guy who was on multiple felony bonds as PPP resident, and he is now pardoning the criminals who support him.

 

I'm looking forward to pictures, and lots of cool pics of the signs and posters of the protesters.

 

I am sure these gentlemen ask for the low bonds and I don't blame them. But the judges need to be admonished when defendants are given PR bonds then go out and commit more felonies. Jugging is a violent crime and many of these folks use these crimes as their primary income. From what I saw with the current president, he followed the conditions of his bonds and appeared in court when summoned. I don't think the comparison has merit when the president was not appearing in a Harris County courtroom where these bonds are prevalent.
