    Both songs are in my top 2-3 for both bands.

    and these are the only 2 “grunge” bands that really resonated with me long term.

    AIC was my favorite, Nirvana a close 2nd, and the other 2 Huge bands had some great songs and put on some great concerts

    I love the early, Bleach-era, raw sound from Nirvana, which is where that song came from

    Yes, Bleach is probably my fave. I know it very well.

    Incesticide is a crazy off the rails beautiful album too. That was where I discovered Dive. It’s also on the bleach re-issue

    Early STP is as grunge as anyone, for sure. Their sound did evolve though, imo


    They all loved the replacements too. Heavy grunge influencers.

    What's your favorite "early STP" song?

    This is my favorite "early SG" song, it might even be my all-time favorite song of theirs, the video is very wack 90's though:
