Dana Brown should release Singleton. Keep Julks down in AAA, and send down Meyers (though the first home game vs Baltimore where he didn't run may have landed him in the doghouse). That way, the lineup will be as "Dusty-proof" as possible.

This is the whitest (assumed) joke that's ever been posted on the BBS since DD got an NIL deal with Wonderbread. Kudos.

Listen to the full clip... the context helps. But may still lead to Dusty to Dusty.

That was pretty much the joke inside the joke.

Now imagine if "culero" meant something different in Mexican Spanish and Salvadoran Spanish....

Used to teach English poetry. Loved me some Coleridge. Always played class Iron Maiden.

That's awesome. What a great way to teach the kids

Not sure how you'd teach English poetry with music, because all of their stuff sucked until they stole it from us in the '30s

I saw them at Daytona Beach Oceanfront Center in 1988 ( I think?) .

    Damn good show.

I was right up front, smashed against a security fence the whole time, but the bruised ribs were worth it.

Steve Harris actually reached out and slapped my hand at one point.

    Still have the t-shirt

Definitely a highlight for an 18 year old.
