So the number has held steady at 11 million for years despite all of the new people crossing the border? OK.

No need to further discuss this if you truly believe this.

Bottom line is they came here illegally and they shouldn't get due process because of this. Ship them back and be done with this. Do you realize how long it will take to provide court dates for 11 million illegals. People who think like you do aren't serious about deporting ILLEGALS.

How do you determine illegality without due process?

Round 3 thousand a day up and give them one day to prove that they're legal.

Whole sectors of the American economy, including a lot of good ol' boy conservatives, are not serious about deporting "ILLEGALS". Their cheap, under-the-table, and benefit-less labor has made a lot of people rich and subsidized the lifestyles of millions of Americans whose wages haven't kept up with the cost of living.

Whose cheap labor has kept milk (which is almost exclusively sold through co-ops since individual dairy farms don't sell directly to consumers) affordable for people? Who works in the back of kitchens to make sure going out to eat remains an attainable luxury for most people? Who replaces roofs, builds patios, and renovates homes in the Texas heat for wages most Americans would not accept? Whose work has made it increasingly profitable for real estate developers to keep building homes at a $1M+ price point instead of focusing on starter homes? Who cleans hotel rooms and office buildings under the cover of night?

Point is, I don't think there's real political will to deport every single illegal immigrant here. Conservative rhetoric would have you believe they're societal leeches when, in reality, they prop up our "champagne taste, beer budget" consumer economy. Too many people in construction, hospitality, and food service have made boatloads of money off of illegal labor to truly deport all of them.

You've talked before about "accepting the cost" of mass deportation, but it would be a seismic economic shock. I deliberately used milk production as an example because milk is a commodity, not a consumer good, for all families. Its price cannot be allowed to inflate like other goods because of its importance to childhood health. Due to this artificial cap on profits, dairy farmers operate at razor-thin margins and cannot afford to pay Americans, en masse, the wages they would expect.

You might think that I'm a yellow-bellied liberal on this subject, but I'm actually not. There are not many other countries where I could overstay a visa and expect to stay once I was caught. But, this problem is a lot more complex than pretending that "DEPORT THEM ALL, NOW" is a realistic idea. You and Stephen Miller talk about 3,000 arrests per day. Where do you put these people? How do you pay for transporting them? What happens to their American citizen children when their parents are suddenly gone? This **** is serious and blind rage isn't going to solve it.

The amount of illegal aliens in the USA has gone up and down - but been overall fairly consistent for decades. The amount of illegal aliens in the USA did go up under Biden, and I think he should have done more. However - there was economic chaos in South and Central America post COVID, and even then the numbers under Biden were the same as back in 2007. The number of encounters/events did go way up under Biden, compared to Trump. However, fwiw Biden deported a higher percentage of illegal immigrants per encounter compared to Trump.

So it is a complicated issue and not as cut and dry as either party claims.

    Chris Wray is a conservative.

He was nominated by Trump, he is a member of the Federalist Society and has voted and supported Republicans his whole adult life.

As for the Chinese COVID controversy - it was investigated by the FBI and they concluded that it may have originated in a lab in China, but they also cautioned that they made their conclusions with "a low degree of confidence". The WHO and several other agencies reached the opposite conclusion.

The overwhelming belief amongst scientists that study viruses (my wife went to medical school for this purpose and working at CDC) is that the virus is not one that was not genetically engineered.

Even if the virus came from a lab - that doesn't mean that it was purposely released, as that is a very controversial opinion.

My wife went to school for all of this - she doesn't personally believe it came from a lab leak. She thinks it is far more likely that it came from poor hygiene and eating habits, and crowding. She did say that anyone that conclusively says that it did or did not come from a lab is not being honest, as anything is possible but it comes down to a matter of percentages.

I'm just saying - look at the analysis of the virus itself. The genetic code is novel - not derivative which is what it would be if it was gain of function.

Due Process isn't limited to only US citizens under the US Constitution. It is very clear that it extends to both US citizens and non-US citizens inside the USA. The fourteenth amendment to the United States Constitution states, “No person shall … be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law ….” It doesn't say "citizens" and is very clear. The SCOTUS has ruled that Due Process extends to persons in the USA and not just US citizens as well.

I don't have an issue with the USA modifying policy on illegal immigration into the USA or increasing spending or prioritizing border controls. Those are all fair game from administration to administration. I will point out that without strong immigration into the USA we will have population issues going forward and that will hurt the US economically - but that can also be dealt with by increasing legal immigration.

What I do have a problem with though is openly violating the Constitution to reach the policy aim. That should concern everyone. That is also why I believe Garcia is a bad person, but should have been brought back and given proper channels and if deported at that point, so be it. I think it is short sighted as the tax payers will just be supporting the family left behind, including special needs children - but again, that is a policy concern and not a Constitutional one.

After Covid I will never trust anything that the CDC or WHO says. Locking down the world and forced vaccine mandates with vaccines that didn't work have me taking these positions.

I have a doctor friend who studies the data for the FDA and his thoughts on Covid have also shaped my thoughts on this subject.

You're right though we will never know conclusively and that's the way the people in power who allowed this plague on the world want it.

Putting due process of illegals over the safety of legal citizens is wrong. Just do mass due process hearings with 500-1000 retired lawyers as judges and give these 3000 illegals a day their due process and ship their criminal azzez out of this country. I'm for doing what's necessary by any means necessary.

Let's worry about the population issues when that time comes.

I will tell you this, Saturday I'm carrying and if a mob blocks the highway I'm on I'm running over them and letting myself be judges rather than being put in a dangerous situation like what's going on in LA. I'm so glad we live in Texas where you can legally carry.

Raul Ortiz, former US Border Patrol Chief estimates that the number of ILlEGALS currently in this country is much higher than the 20 million currently being estimated. Ask yourself why this was allowed to happen. Globalist agendas?

Yet you trust the dude who told people to drink bleach???? You are being non sensical. And thats putting it mildly. CDC and WHO did a good job just because you dont bother to understand how science works, does not mean you were lied to.

Your friend is biased and is likely another Trumper.

WHY WOULD PEOPLE IN POWER WANT THIS????

No one is danger, you have no idea what you are talking about. I bet you the majority of the people you know arent affected by illegal immigrants at all.

LMAO so for the debt we gotta take care of it right now, but for population issues its...oh we'll take care of it later.

I should report you for saying stuff like this, you sound like a violent criminal.

The Biden Administration were literally flying illegals into the country. This surge in illegal immigration was very clearly done by design.

The current path is deporting those who have broken the law a 2nd time (once upon entry and then again upon committing crimes).
