    Ort’s leash is shortening. 99 mph heaters are cool and all but not when you have such frequent melt downs.

    The Astros are good enough to win the mediocre to bad AL west but it would be nice to have at least the 2 seed to avoid having to play in the wild card round again. Losing to the White Sox is not ideal. Walker is a big part why this team can't take off and if they insist on continuing to play him he needs to bat either 8th or 9th. These awful 1b free agent signings have really hurt since Yuli.

    Reminder that Yankees passed on Walker to sign Paul Goldsmichdt at half the price and he's currently hitting .312 with an .833 OPS in the same # of games as Walker.

    Not to beat a dead horse but this guy ****ing sucks. 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, he ****ing sucks.

    On track to be DFA’d next year. But not before they send him to Florida to try to “fix” him.

    Didn't realize how bad his splits were until Nook pointed it out earlier but he's got a .650 OPS against RHP this season. As a team we have had by far the fewest PAs against lefties. Not sure how much he would be helping us either but not having Walker's shitty contract on the books the next two seasons would be really nice.
