If it is going to 7, the Thunder have the last Home Court and the advantage that they already played Denver in a Game 7.

And in the Timberwolves Series had ample time to reflect on it as well.

boring series. they don't need 10 days in between games, that's how you get low ratings. what's taking so long? @pacertom pls confirm

Which means the Draft will be by the end of next next months.

The best rhythm is playing every other day, MAYBE adding an extra day when travel in involved.

Remember that the Finals more often than not match teams on the two coasts and travel is not as quick as between OKC and Indy. But the schedules are set long before you know who will make it there

I think the extra day between games 1 & 2 which of course had no travel was because a Sunday night game gets more viewers than a Saturday night game.

Game 2 to game 3 adds a travel day
Game 3 to game 4 does not.
Game 4 to game 5 adds a travel day
Game 5 to game 6 (if necessary) adds a travel day
Game 6 to game 7 (if necessary) adds a travel day

All of these extra days means that with more rest the starters probably need to play more minutes than they normally did in the regular season, which is something Carlisle has been reluctant to do, since it basically fuels those excellent 4th quarters.

I don't want to see any more Pacer lineups with 4 or 5 bench players on the court at once. Gotta have at least 2 starters out there at all times or the OKC athleticism is too much to deal with

Weren't the NBA Finals on a Thu/Sun/Tue/Thu/Sun/Tue/Thu schedule in the past? That would be best IMO.

This series doesn't seem worth watching.

We'll see if OKC steals one, we'll see if Indiana has what it takes to push it further.

Between Burke and the Network, I would think that somebody should decide to do something with her hair.

    It looks terrible.

I legit right now see Chet as way more of a threat than Wemby tbh. Wemby's defense is obviously just a whole other planet, but to me Chet's got waaayyy more sauce and fluidity to his game, even as smooth as Wemby can look.

LOL, partly because of people like you, Victor plays as if he absolutely hates Chet and goes out of his way embarrass him whenever he can.

As much as I love Chet, he's nowhere close to Wemby. He has tremendous upside if he stays healthy but I don't see him becoming an MVP candidate. Hope I'm wrong.

Like I say, Wemby's insane length and defense will always put him over the edge as an overall player, but as an offensive threat? Yeah cool, stand out there and shoot threes and watch Chet cook, Wemby still doesn't really look like **** on offense. Once he figures out he's 7'4 (7'7? If rumours are to be believed, taller than Yao?) and learns to just dunk over everything and everybody then he'll be the #1 player in the league tbh, if he stays trying to be the elongated man version of Curry then we'll definitely worry more about Chet and OKC.

    Pacers crowd sounds really weak

this looks like a post-ASB regular season game so far
