All, we should give @Castor27 some love for starting these threads. I just realized I'd never liked them, but always go to them for game times and then game discussion. Give him a like please!
Also the rain delay game. Pouring day rain but umps will only call the game if the Astros are trailing. Poor Okert couldn't grip the ball and unfortunately gave up the lead. Then game was called 5 minutes later...
I like Walker getting moved down. Meyers absolutely needs to be in the lineup, but he learned hitting from Davey Concepcion. He needs to be hitting 8th when Dubon is playing and 9th when he's not. Give Smith and Melton some chances in the 6th and 7th spots.
If you have 2 lefty bats and you intentionally put 1 guy between them, that guy needs to mash lefties. Put Jake there if you aren't going to hit him 9th.
If you’d told me this would be the mid-June lineup back in March, I would have thought Houston was tanking.
