Sam Amick: Giannis probably on top of Rockets list

KD may be the only available star level player this summer.

Windhorst is just a wind bag. I still think Giannis gets traded either this off-season or at the deadline.

 

I think at the deadline unless Lillard turns into Deadpool or Wolverine or DEADWOLF (epic)

 

That's more likely at this point if Giannis doesn't want to be traded. He is not Lebron that was looking to jump ship first chance he had, plus Giannis already won a 'ship. He might be like Dirk that just didn't want to leave. It might take true lack of success for him to recognize it's time to move on.

 

You might be right. I’m ok with it. Let him rot in Milwaukee and let Booker rot in Phoenix. We are better off using our picks to strategically build a team around Amen, Sengun, and Jabari. Replace FVV and Dillon with athletic guys that can shoot. Maybe replace Jalen at the deadline if he can’t improve as Amen’s backcourt mate. There are tons of trade opportunities outside of Giannis, Durant, and Booker. We can also act as a contributor in a 3 way trade that gets Giannis or Durant to a Eastern conference team, while still improving our team?
