Watching Gavin Newsome give interviews... he's almost as inauthentic as Kamala. It's like he's playing to the cameras and trying to sound tough, but lacks the self awareness to see that he sounds like a B-grade actor. And he's too weak to secure his state from fires or riots. Oh i totally agree i don't like them burning ,breaking , blocking anything i don't feel it right to do that . Protest can be used to make a point but you shouldn't block the roads at all. I do think that adding the milirty to this makes no sense at all it only makes things worse which we all know 47 is known for.

Why would anyone do that ? On any day over the last 15 years ? I've seen plenty of videos of "street takeovers" that have been happening in Cali all the time . I think to act like this is shocking and an invasion is pearl clutching on a superior level. Also it had literally been one day and now the federal guard is being called in.... Because why ? It's not about lawlessness, how many years of looting has Cali dealt with in a row ? There are definitely criminal elements / activity that is accepted (whether you think it should be or not) and used to by ppl living in some cities and areas. He's sending in the guard as a power play and political stunt , or maybe he really cares about his ice officers ... But you have to admit everything is not above board there . Masked goons picking people off the street, making mistakes ,not exactly exercising discretion. Either way it was easy to predict how this escalated
