If we're being real, just strictly based on the job I think Vanessa has done a great job and has been better than Cayleigh who was very good as well, and is with the Cavs last I heard. Likely why Vanessa is getting national offers like this.

I believe the last one similar was Hannah Storm who went from the Houston Rockets to national coverage, but perhaps a little before my time as I didn't really catch her until the 90s. Hope we keep Vanessa but wish her luck, it is what it is.
