Djoker beating Alcaraz, impressive. I think he will also beat Zverev. If he wins this tournament, he might be considered the GOAT.

Just watched Djoker vs. Zverev...Novak didn't look quite right. Blew a volley on the set point and decided to call it quits for the match.

Shame that some people booed him.

I wasn't the greatest fan of my compatriot Zverev before, but I have to say he handled himself really well in the postgame interview, being very complimentary and respectful to Novak.

After that interview, I hope he finally gets his first major win.

very nice. I'm a Sinner fan, but that was classy by Zverev.

Murray really doesn't belong in that group, plus Novak fired him as coach recently.

Tell you what, Sinner might be an unbeatable robot who takes the heart out of other players, but Alcaraz has a gear that is almost beyond human. The way he closed Sinner out the last game and tiebreaker was amazing.

Jannik Sinner was completely helpless against that level of power and shot-making. This was one for the history books.

I'm a huge Alcaraz fan and couldn't be more thrilled with his comeback. But it was gutty on both sides, and by the end, Sinner had totally earned my respect. If he had pulled it out, I would have just tipped my cap to him.

it was an amazing match, but for all that people will point out Sinner's three match points, they were all on Alcaraz' serve. although he did serve for the match in the next game, Sinner never got close to a match point on his own serve.

and his comeback in the 5th set was incredibly gutsy. I was surprised the tie-break wasn't closer. perhaps the only disappointing aspect of the whole match.
