Yup I was mistaken. But there's no evidence that Stevens wouldn't have traded Smart under Udoka.

The Top 3 players in the league were later picks.

    Shai - 11th
    Brunson - 33rd
    Jokic - 41st

Keep swinging in the draft Stone!

He has Essengue going #30 to the Clippers. That would be a steal. Two notable quotes on N:

#1 -- "There’s a cluster of smooth-moving, switchy big forwards in this draft (Izan Almansa, Asa Newell, Joan Beringer) who are all hovering in the same space, basically in a race to determine whose offensive flashes are worth betting on."

In my mind, you can add CB and CMB to that mix.

#2 -- "Essengue will have his zealots. At 18 years old, he is one of the youngest prospects in the class, only three days older than Cooper Flagg. He has the straight-line speed and overall range of motion of a wing but the standing reach of an NBA center. He is about 80 percent limbs, long-levered with a high center of gravity. Unlike many projects of his ilk, Essengue has been extremely productive at the professional level, playing on one of the great incubators in the global web of professional basketball."

    Sounds like Sengun pre-draft.

I saw Noa at 30 and laughed. He doesn't even have Nolan Traore going in the 1st round either. Maybe it's a NCAA only mock? Weird stuff. I rate both prospects very highly.

I think one of the big takeaways from this draft will be if any of the reported projects—Demin, Essengue, CB, Sorber come to mind—have productive NBA careers over Ace Bailey.

All these guys may end up being super productive if they land on the right teams.

Holy smokes, Edgecombe looks seriously good. Unfortunately, there's pretty much no chance Houston gets him.

The Rockets need to pick the player with the biggest upside and package him in a trade.

Sounds like Philly may be a trade down candidate.

Not sure what we've give up with 10 but if reasonable I wouldnt mind moving up and getting the guy you want. Unless we trade out altogether.

I hate this time of year because now there's too many guys I want in the draft and don't want to see on other teams. Each year I wonder is this the year where there's like 4 HOFers like '84? Doubtful here but would love to have Demin, Jakacionis, Bryant and Fleming. Gonna suck watching those guys end up on other teams while we're still pissing away out future on the inefficient Jalen Green.
