That's pretty funny.

Stewart himself did most of the Police tracks in 1 take so all these iconic fills he's done over the years (like the snare fill towards the end of this one that everyone knows and waits for), he says he put zero thought into them and most of the time doesn't even remember playing them.

Meh, song worked better in Risky Business.

 

My Optimus robot will have all-star talent and replace Neil Peart on drums for Rush. If Alex and Geddy don’t want to tour with a robot drummer, then they will be replaced by robots as well. We just want the damn 3 hour show back.
