We're getting Durant and we're going to be disappointed.

The Wolves had their shots with a young Edwards. It's could be a few years until Gobert is gone and they could try a different combination of players around him. By then he'll in his mental prime if he continues to develop and mature.

    - Last Game 5, 4 Wolves players:
    Conley, Gobert, McDaniels, Alexander-Walker
    81 minutes. 3-25 FG's

    SEVEN points, COMBINED

    - Add in Divincenzo:
    103 minutes, 5-29 FG's
    13 points combined

That's 2.5 pts average, 17% FG for 5 rotation players. If Naz Reid & Shannon Jr each missed 1 more shot, that's just 2 Wolves scoring double figures. Thats beyond bed wetting, it's lice infestation with it. How can 1 player overcome all that?

What's wild is Conley & Alexander Walker scored zero points. And that's as close to Jalen Green's average performances 6 of 7 games, than it is Edwards lessened points off his average

(Meaning Jalen was as close to ZERO points, as Edwards 19 pts is to his regular scoring average. And that 19 pts is 50% better than Jalen's playoffs avg even WITH Jalen's 1 good game). It's not wanting to digest how futile Jalen played

I can't help but wonder if the people still defending Green on this forum are secretly Rockets haters hoping we hold on to him so we lose. There's no other explanation. It's a conspiracy I tell you.

He's a great player, I still want him on the team, but at best he's a 6th man. If he's not willing to come off the bench he needs to go.

The Answer to this thread title at least should be the Thunder will rule the West for the foreseeable future with the Nuggets and other teams posing problems until the Spurs are ready to become great.

Ant is two tiers above Jalen Green but even he cannot beat a juggernaut.
