I think the root of Elon’s complaining is likely the lack of EV subsidies as it will hurt his already declining businesses, so he’s chosen to become petty and attack the bill as a whole he’s also been basically kicked out of the WH due to his grating personality and unpopularity as seen with the Wisconsin SC race he threw his entire weight behind…could be some resentment building up since he’s so desperate to be liked they’ll turn on Elon in a heartbeat once Trump starts attacking him directly…their “friendship” was fake and entirely transactional to begin with this was only 3 years ago
