People can be tribal without being violent. Tribalism is a natural human trait. It's why many races move to areas where more people like them exist in a much larger nation as well. It's why you have concentrations of Italians, Irish, Germans, Vietnamese, Chinese, Puerto Ricans, and such in large groups. It's the tribalism of formed hate groups I find toxic. The gangs or groups of people that attack and harm others that don't fit their stereotype that are toxic. Last, but not least, and back to the thread title, is race baiting hoaxes.
