I’d rather trade Tari. He’s improved but I don’t trust his decision making or talent. I still think Jabari has room to grow

Bari would easily get the 3rd pick. I’d be furious with the Rockets if they did that. Last thing we need is another project and this is a better draft than last year, but still only has 2 pretty for sure shots that will be better than Jabari.

No one. Keep Bari since he has improved greatly from his rookie year. He just needs to be given a more enhanced role in the offense. I wish all this trade talk about the key pieces on the team will remain as just talks. The team has developed into a potential contender and I hope the FO will trust the process but urge Ime to utilize the shooting and passing skills of Reed while working on Cam's attitude and defense.

Some of yall saying top 3 picks are funny. He wouldn’t be a top 10 in his own draft if they did it over.

Jabari is excellent and is on pace to become a Lauri Markkanen with more switchable defense.

He shot 50% from the field and 45.5% from 3 against the Warriors. Has been one of the best rebounding PF's in the NBA. It was inexcusable not to play him more. The starting lineup suffered without his wingspan and shooting.

Some people are stuck on this fake narrative that he's not tough. If you're giving me excellent switchable defense, great rebounding and decent shot blocking at the 4 that's tough and hard working AF. The whole point of being tough is to achieve what he's achieving. I guess they want him to shout a lot and act tough lol

Bari is a young role player with a lot of upside, I think trading him for a pick in this draft is a terrible idea. He will not be paid like a star, I see him signing a 4 year team friendly deal with a lot of incentives (like making all-star, rebounds totals etc).

I would rather dump JG if you are worried about being able to pay Jabari. Signing Jalen and not having enough money to sign Jabari should be a career ending offense for Stone. DB, FVV are not going to be on this team long term. You get rid of FVV, DB, JG, before even worrying about figuring out how to pay Jabari.

It would depend on the players available at the spot, but I would think teams picking between 5 and 9 would be happy to trade to get Smith straight up.
But if the Rockets were really interested in these spots, they would probably first try to move up by packaging the 10 with someone other than Smith.

If the Rockets combined Smith with the number 10 pick, they might entice the Sixers at 3 and Hornets at 4.

The Spurs at 2 might even be interested if they believed Smith to be a good complement to Wemby. But I'd bet they're pretty high on Harper.

No way I'm trading a top 3 pick in Jabari for anything outside of the top 3 this year. And I don't even feel the #2 or #3 this year would be better suited for our team anyhow. Next!

In a weak draft 8-10th probably, stronger ones 20th ish....

He is a better than good role player with some shotmaking abilities.

I disagree here, I think he is going to be a very good player but the ceiling isn't that sky high, his floor is higher though.....

Gushing over his few spurts of games and calling him top 3 pick is insane. He’s way better off the bench and has done well in that role. Is he going to be an all star? Never.
