Please share any news of players that the Rockets have had come through the org for tryouts. Hoping to hear about Johnson, Demin, Fleming, Jakucionis, etc..
If Jakucionis gets a promise he's going to turn down any Rockets workout. They've also been historically very tight lipped about who they bring in. They spent days with Reed and no one knew.
This was dated 20 days ago, BTW. I didn't know how to embed that. A bunch of second rounders probably.
I've just recently looked at Jakucionis' game. Damn he would be a steal at 10. Having my doubts about him falling that far but I hope they at least get to bring him in for a workout!
He wont create space in the NBA and is a turnover monster. Ime will never give him time. inconsistent and not a great shooter from 3. hard pass. We need a technically sounds, reliable shooter who is also a capable defender. Trade up for Kon or trade out.
