Anthony Edward’s ain’t doing much better against OKC than Jalen did vs GSW

Don’t do this. These players are NOT the same. Jalen is older than AE and is nowhere near as accomplished. You Jalen Green apologists can follow Jalen Green’s lackluster career into the sun sets in the east. But leave my Rockets out of it. It’s foolish to have confidence in that guy at this point.

Edwards is like 5-6 months older but that is nothing, it was when my class mate was 7 before I was 7 ......

We are called peers for a reason ---those in the almost same age brackets

But Edwards' game is 3 years ahead of Jalen Green's ...he plays like he is 25.

 

There might be 5 people on the planet who would think Green is better than Edwards. Unfortunately they're all on Clutchfans and have posting privileges.

IF JG had ants stats in any of his 6 duds we woulda won the series. How is comparing what Ant did against the best defensive team in the league and best team the same as JG laying an egg versus the warriors....

 

The man is 23 and has been to the WCF twice like...this doesn't hurt his stock at all to me? He lost to the better team.

I've said all year long I don't think Randle is a true #2 option, he's more of a #3, a Chris Bosh (and worse than Bosh), and who else is really on that team? Was a mistake trading KAT away for him and Ant needs help. Unless they swing a trade to bring another star there to play and grow with Ant I see him bolting for a bigger market and better team.

 

They are all different versions of Bill Dauterive and became Rockets fans after relocating to the Houston area from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.

 

Ant in the playoffs this season: 25.3/7.8/5.5 on 56.4% TS, had a BPM of 6.0 and 0.154 ws/48
Jalen in the playoffs this season: 13.3/5.4/2.9 on 48.2% TS, had a BPM of -1.5 and 0.045 ws/48

Pretty close imo.

 

The sad thing is the others have to put up with this nonsense talk for years because quite honestly there are not much better perimeter players on the Rockets.

The quality has been meh now so they fantasize.....

 

The same thing happened last year too - Edwards wore down & was pretty **** by the WCFs
