In Chicago? The city has already segregated black people to 3-4 neighborhoods and between lengthy prison sentences and black on black genocide - the whites don’t need any reparations. The wealthy whites will b**** and moan over their high taxes and then pay them and move on.

Chicago is going to Chicago. The whites will pay high taxes because the quality of life is amazingly high and the violent crime rate against whites is basically zero. Conservatives that don’t give a **** about Chicago or black residents will splash headlines of black teenage males killing other black teenage males every weekend - and the city will ignore it because if they aren’t black, they have it really good and they know it… just join a Trump protest or sell their Tesla and their hands are washed of black genocide.

Interesting thought exercise. If a smart man were leading the negotiations for white reparations, they'd prioritize the return of prime real estate in the inner cities. Take ownership of the land that the original city planners thought was best, and free it from crime, drugs, and poverty. Restore American greatness in the inner cities. This would be an amazing transformation and would lead to so many efficiencies rather than having to develop in the suburbs to achieve goals such as safety, good schools, low crime, etc.

 

Pick a city/neighborhood. Let's follow this thought experiment through.
