    That name has been part of the once every 6 year name rotation since they started naming storms. It's never been bad enough to be retired. So see, Karen's aren't so bad.

    Nobody has mentioned the fact that the NOAA is under funded this year and they have already stated they dont have the necessary resources to properly track hurricane season this year. They've had to shut down numerous offices
