Praying for a split (like vs Rangers last weekend) Astros are facing b2b seasons of the worst injuries in league history. We need to tread water until better health occurs. If health doesn't return, no team is going anywhere. Walker can go ahead and stop sucking too. Thanks
Biggest series of the season. Huge implications for the season based on how McCullers performs tonight. A split would be ok. 3/4 would be great. A sweep would be a levee breaker as Houston would leave the series with the division lead while the Mariners’ psyche would be heavily damaged. 1/4 would be bad, as Houston would leave the series over 5 games back in the division. Getting swept would be a disaster that would significantly increase Houston’s odds of being deadline sellers.
Despite the injuries, it's crazy how much the offensive woes keep holding this team back. I hope the bats catch fire.
