These are police departments that were already found guilty of civil rights abuses and police brutality who agreed upon these oversight measures as a punishment. Imagine how those racist cops must feel knowing that nobody is going to hold them accountable after they committed these serious crimes. Police shootings are going to skyrocket as cops know they have no oversight from anyone.
