It’s so funny that it took basically 8 games (nobody watched them in round 1) for everyone to realize what a joke okc is and how much the refs are responsible for what they do. Warriors have done this for a decade and very few people have acknowledged it.

 

The problem is causals don't care about these teams (which is partially the fault of the NBA and the NBA media ecosystem), and some percentage of die-hard fans won't tune in because they're sick of the flopping and terrible officiating surrounding okc (among the other often discussed issues with the NBA product).

 

Is OKC the new GSW?

 

They won't be able to do it year after year, people are already talking about it and getting sick of it and it has only been basically 8 games. They might get a ring this year unless the league decides to be more fair, but it won't continue.

 

Hope so.
