(In case we had to give = opportunity to HR’s that wouldn’t have been HR’s anywhere else…. Obviously NY and the cloned NY ballpark in Tampa).

Bielak was released the other day… half expected the Astros to get him back as the designated TBD guy.

So you're not talking about Gordon pitching today?

    Who "IS" pitching tomorrow?

I wasn’t able to watch too closely but yeah he had a little shutout going there. Love to see it.

I'm really hoping it's not the beginning of the end for him. He never struck me as the type who would flame out, but he looks like a different guy out there right now. I really hope he gets it going soon!

Great Win last night, were seeing some clutch hitting when I had no faith we could.....................Is Jake M and Pena our MVP`s so far? Hader has been lights out. I am starting to feel the Yordan injury is worse than there letting on............I wish they would just be honest because I think they hide the truth. He did say he had been dealing with it before he was put on the IL so maybe that's why he wasn't himself.

I will say that I have been impressed with the hard fought wins of late (comebacks and yesterday's win after the Rays tied late). I'm not sure how sustainable that is throughout the season but does show heart and grit. And that's all you can really ask of your players.

Always assume the worst. I'm already expecting yordan to be out for the year.

    2024 - tucker's leg situation
    2023 - Altuve's oblique situation
    2022 - Brantley's shoulder situation

The list goes on and on. You don't know when or if they'll be back for that particular season.

Every time we have a rando nobody's heard of come out of nowhere to spot start I'm reminded of Rodrigo Rosario...I think it was 2003 he came up to pitch against the Rangers in an emergency start, pitched very well, got hurt and was never seen or heard from again.

McCullers 2022 and 2023. That dude was abducted by aliens and the government is hiding it.

Pujols never struck me as the type to flame out either. There’s plenty of players that you could say the same about but did. You just never know how age is going to impact them.
