Its bad that I'm a casual enough fan now, that I don't know who our pitcher is: Gordon or Pepiot. Context clues: it is Gordon. So, pitch your @ss off Gordon. I miss the Golden Years. I feel better for sharing. Thank you. First!
Just at a quick google-glance (not sure I've ever seen him pitch), Pepiot will serve up some longballs. He also gets walk-happy. His ERA is pretty good because he doesn't give up all that many hits since he has some nasty stuff. Maybe we can take advantage? Rays got him from LA as the centerpiece in the Glasnow trade.
I mean...Astros are middling at the moment, but even I dont think they'll get swept by the Rays. Lol Jk
It's hard to watch these days because I get so f'n frustrated and my attitude gets bad over a bunch of millionaires that don't gaf about me but then if I don't follow then I miss out on great innings like yesterday. But Paredes is such a blessing and we haven't jacked up his swing yet so he's a total badass RN.
I don't trust the hitting coaches and Espada to game plan according to this guy's weaknesses. If a pitcher walks batters a lot, then I fully expect a lot of one pitch outs from our guys.
