    It will gut the depth of this team unless you think Fertita is gonna be spending like Ishbia.

    kD -> KD
    Booker -> Amen
    Sengun+ Jalen -> Beal

    There is our entire cap on just 4 players, rest will have to be rookies and vet mins just like Suns.

    I kinda wanted him, but at 52m, for a 1 year rental, I am now a hard pass.

    KD at 37 plays more games than Lamelo each year. I love watching Lamelo play, it’s fun. Really don’t need him or his salary on this team. I’d give a lot for Ant, but they have new ownership and I don’t see him being traded in the next couple of years. He force his way out sooner or later, but it’ll be to a big market team.

    What if we signed him to a 1-year extension

    3 max guys the next 2 years are KD/Jalen/Sengun and KDs contract is over once Amen is eligible for a Max

    If we got him for FVV and a pick and he agreed to just a one year extension, it would be the ideal scenario. I think he ends up somewhere else like the Knicks or the Spurs. The Spurs could extend him for the 2 years with no impact, we could not.

    Besides the injuries, he’s a volume shooter that isn’t all that efficient. Don’t think he’s very good defensively but I don’t watch him often though so perhaps I’m wrong there.

    Yeah, I agree on Ant…that seems like a pipe dream. Giannis seems like the most likely star that could ask out and be acquired by us outside of KD obviously.

    Is it 2015? People still gonna be speculating about us going after Durant when he’s 63 years old.

    San Antonio is on the same timeline as us unless they want to go 3 max players in 2028

    Me, for one. That's a lot to give up (especially the picks) for 1-year rentals of KD and Ivey, and 2 years of soft Harris. No thanks.

    Yea way too expensive, for Durant and Ivey. Take all but one pick out, then maybe.

    FVV + Whitmore + Landale + #10 for KD.

    Give Phoenix one pick back while keeping most of their assets going forward to potentially circle back for Booker at the deadline.

    You want us to be Suns 2.0? FVV is our only good pg we aint shipping him out unless we get another pg back.

    Would be stupid to give Suns a haul of picks for 37-year old Durant…..Suns are going to want a haul of picks for Durant, not players. Any trade for Durant waits until Suns establish they can’t get significant draft capital for their asset, and I predict that waits until the trade deadline
