They are idiotic not to include Tari and any of Cam, Reed and plus Adams, Dillon.

I would go depth instead of Sengün.......in another report the Bucks GM was going to gut the Rockets.....

Gutting means 3-5 players are definitely involved.
Even if Green somehow survives, he is still left with Giannis and a hole on Offense.

Run it back the last year ....I am all for it.

sounds like a coaching issue - coaches teach players how to attack schemes IMG_4898.png

It is obvious Jalen has the talent to dominate, but is a confidence-based player to an extreme not seen in true stars. However, it is on Ime to find ways to build confidence and put him in position to use his talent.

Look at the Texans drafting quick hit receivers, a pass catching RB and a TE. They are setting up quick releases for CJ when the line breaks down or he is out of rhythm.

Ime is not helping Jalen the way good offensive coaches do. That doesn’t excuse Jalen — he doesn’t have the ‘F*** you I’m scoring anyway” mindset of a true star — but he can be much better and much more consistent with good offensive coaching.

All of the ‘just get him out of here at any cost’ hot-take reactionary fans are going to be the same ones screaming at his replacement for not being able to create consistently. The issue is more scheme than talent.

In this case, his talent is mostly raw athleticism and natural abilities.......

Not every talent is the most suitable talent for the Rockets team..... they need a more versatile shooter Jalen.....and a better player to be honest.

He said Jalen doesn’t have the superstar mentality, but with a good offensive coach he could do better. Jalen can be a very good player in the right system. I don’t think he will ever be a perennial all-star and certainly not a superstar, but he could be an above average shooting guard with the right coach (system). Acting like getting rid of Jalen is addition by subtraction is silly (not saying you were saying that). Trade Jalen only if we are getting good value. If they run it back, Ime will be gone after next year and we will see how this group can perform with a competent offensive coach.

Does this sound like civil discourse coming from you? @Thrilla

This is why I talk to some of you the way I do. When I was civil you were rude and unnecessary. No point in being civil with those who aren’t to you just because of a different viewpoint. I keep all receipts.

Most teams don't have a superstar at every position....someone who is smart and who makes the best reads would be great to have instead of both FVV and Jalen.

Instead of FVV, a better shooter and a foul merchant like SGA but not as great.

Upgrading both backcourt positions is as important as upgrading to Giannis IMHO, more important.

Who would this be? What team is willing to part with a foul merchant? Only one I see out there is trae young who is a liability in defense, TO machine and erratic shooter. Who else though?

Either way, you can also find FVV and Jalen on smaller contracts if you don't upgrade.......Fred is surely not playing like a 40 million guy.

And Jalen is not playing like a 34 million guy ......next year's contract I mean.

Both got exposed in the Playoffs, Fred played better for a few games but for someone paid that much, it was not enough.

You speak as if those players grow on trees - it’s not simply plug and play … it’s how will that player perform in this system …

example Poole and Wiggins in GS system .. then they left and oops

take Herro out of Miami and uh oh….they struggling in the weak East with him and Bam lol

Booker - yeah look at Phx and he has Beal and KD .. he would be a great replacement for FVV if we want him and JG to split PG duties it could possibly work

I don't deny there is coaching issue. It's always a combination of coaching and player execution.

Ime pissed me off cause he’s stubborn and slow to respond - Kerr knew post was getting cooked on D but Post was giving up at worse 2 points and getting 3s on other end … you trade that all day

We kept running same offense we did during regular season that wasn’t great against GS - he had 2 weeks to figure out issues and he just said uhhhhhh Double Big and then blinked the first time Kerr went HackAAdams

Changes the actions - move Bari in the middle and Alpi into dunkers spot.. do something - anything .. Bari was red hot and we couldn’t scheme him open looks

because I don’t have a right like anyone else to respond? I have to announce to you beforehand when I respond to your comments? Another example of unwarranted, unprovoked passive aggressive nonsense

You were talking about obtaining another player. I asked you what player like that is out there or available
