Celtics have no juice leftover after game 5, which is quite understandable.

Knicks just need to stay intense.

Both Holiday and Porzingis aren't do anything to help their trade values.

Is there a team out there willing to trade for Holiday without getting a good amount of compensation from Boston?

Just turned it on and a weird no call on a kickball that ended with a Knicks two

Seems indicative of this game from the Celts perspective.

Hoped Boston at least made it a competitive game.

Far too many games this postseason have been absolute duds.

I have no problem watching the Celtics get blown out.

Other than the Rockets not still playing, I am officially satisfied with the playoffs now because I don't have a problem with any of the remaining teams winning the championship.

I know a lot of folks here hate OKC but I like SGA, J-Dub and Chet, which makes it hard for me to hate their team (except when they play the Rockets).

Turning into a moderate supporter has helped with blood pressure and kept things easy going.

If they win a championship that is good, if not stay calm and do other things.

Over the years, I have read plenty from fans of the Celtics and Lakers about how their respective organizations - teams were the Class of the league and how they were competitors in Championships won.

The Lakers didn't have to send out any assets for LeBron because he joined as a Free Agent. Even with that huge Windfall, they got only one Championship out of it and that was the Covid season.

The Nets got Nuked in the trade with the Celtics years ago. So far, the Celtics have have gotten only one Championship from it.

Even with that type of Good Luck, neither Boston or the Lakers got the most from it.

I don't feel sorry for either team when they get the Misery that they deserve.

Thibs is mental. Up 37 with 7:00 left and some starters are still in.

Did anyone take the Bolivar Ferry to Port Zingus when they were a kid?

Outside of the Rockets of course, Brunson might be one of my favorite non Houston players.

Doesn't get to too high or too low, extremely consistent, hard worker, from a low draft picked bench player to an all NBA, high IQ and is perhaps one of the best leaders in the league.

Other teams are favorites but we'll see how they do.

This series should have been Celtics in 5 if they didn't choke in 3 of the Knicks wins.

This is an extreme example, but Boston fans tend to be off by quite a bit on trades involving their players.

Free Agent. [Trade], Buyout, Extension & Conversion Thread 2025

Putting the above in a Format to show what each team is getting and sending out.

    Boston
    In: Nurkic, Okogie, #4
    Out: Jrue Holiday, #28, #32

    Charlotte
    In: Sengun, Eason, #10, #32
Out: Mark Williams*, Nurkic, Okogie, #4, #33

    Houston
In: Jrue Holiday, Mark Williams*, #28, #32
    Out: Sengun, Eason, #10

With that that type of delusional mindset from some of their fans, I have no sympathy for them.

    ________________
    * Mark Williams is the Center that Charlotte traded to the Lakers. Then the Lakers Busted the trade when they found something in his physical that they didn't like.
