nope. Unlike you and many of your comrades I never used words like suck or terrible or useless. So no i am not like you and your cohort. Do not compare me to you since I do not do the same. I fairly judge players based on how they perform. I point out the bias with Sengun. This doesn’t mean I hate him. I challenge those who consistently attack and blame Green or other players while absolving Sengun. I remind yall to hold on now and that he is very flawed and has much to work on like Green.

Oh to answer your question. Because Giannis is:
    A. A better scorer
    B. Better defender
    C. Can get lobs off the long roll
    D. Can shoot 19-20 ft now
    E. quicker on the break and half court

like I said in other thread - you want a star / mvp then other team going to want a player of value .. you can’t say include JG and not Alpi while in the same breath say JG isn’t a player of value.

I think trade will be Alpi, Cam, Tari or Bari and picks

I have mixed feelings on Bari - he doesn’t get a lot of looks in our offense and with a better offensive minded coach his numbers could explode (even without dribbling)

If Ime thinking like I think he is - you replace Alpi with Giannis vs GS and even with how GS defended JG .. Giannis is dunking and finishing a lot of those shots Alpi missed and we win the series

Funny how they same folks who were trying to trade Jalen last year, now get their panties in a wad if a report says another team would want him over Sengun. Dum dums, you WANT other teams to want Jalen. Thats how you get value for him.

    Stop it clown.
You’re an only fan, and always have been. Zero objectivity and then project on anyone when they defend our best player in Alp.

Ive been a rockets fan and Houston fan a lot longer than you kiddo.

He should, he’s 8 years older than our best player Alp.
When Sengun is entering his prime, Giannis will be out of the league. All athlete, minimal skill

How many series has Giannis won since Jrue left and Middleton fell off?

Yeah that makes no sense. Lets give them our “trash” and expect them to take him for a former MVP lol

another great question. Did Jordan do it by himself? Did Curry? Did Jokic? Bucks caliber of players and depth isn’t close to what they had to that championship team

I like Alperen Sengun a lot, but superstars in the NBA don’t grow on trees. Until the Rockets get one, they aren’t going to achieve the playoff success we hope they will.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of the five best players in the world, and the Rockets have the assets to get him along with a glaring need for a superstar. They would be silly not to pursue this idea if the price is right.

And it would be worse here if you gut the team to obtain him.
Giannis isn’t the answer, unless you have him with Alp and Amen.

    The price is the issue.

If it’s just Alp, then yes you do it. But in no way would it be just Alp. It’s going to gut this team, and we will be rebuilding in 3 years all over again.

I don't have anyone specific but 1st round picks have a lot of value. They can get you someone who fills our need at scoring guard.

Not with a 3rd team. Or Sengun plus 2 guys (reed, tari/bari)

Sorry kiddo, it’s you making the accusations.

You lump everyone that disagrees with you into Alp only fans. It’s pure projection, your posts and history contradict your arguments.
You are a Green only fan, you don’t know basketball. You only want to see people run fast and jump high.
Probably a nerd that has never played a sport in his life.

It’s not going to gut this team. Also, with the new second apron rules, the Rockets are going to have a very difficult time keeping all their young talent for the long term.

You win in the NBA with superstars. If it costs the Rockets Sengun, Jabari Smith Jr or Tari Eason and two or three first-round picks, that’s not gutting the roster. That’s especially true if Amen Thompson develops as expected.

Giannis and Sengun isn’t the answer. We can give up tari or Bari and reed. Might hurt but worth the reward and team isn’t exactly gutted
