You said Jalen got 6 pts a game in playoffs because of poor space? Lol Okay, Jalen is a shiit shooter anyway. He keeps bricking from downtown.
No matter how shiit Jalen was playing, his fans always can find lame excuses for him. I am surprised other NBA teams still don't realize how great Jalen is like Jalen fans believed.
yo dumbass. Why are you so dumb really. Its really getting comical and sad really. Do you understand what front ct touches mean? Front court. That means touches in the half court offensive set. Not dribbling in the back court. Do you understand this concept? You are welcome my dumbass students. Remember to know what you speak on. Now run along. @Dobbizzle @blue_eyed_devil @rocketstruther @Easy
bummer that you're going the full lets just be an ahole to everyone like fchowd route, oh well. Another one bites the dust.
Ya it’s kinda funny. @Dobbizzle was kinda like that last summer but he stopped. Then also he also nearly died so that changes your perspective on things lol.
In my more than 2 decades of CF existence, I've never been recognized by two separate entities on the same day. First, I was lauded by the AI Copilot for my works on Lin's 3pt shooting. Then, I was accepted by @Stephen_A as one of his dumbass students. This is the pinnacle of my Clutchfans achievement. I can die without regrets now.
You got me. Your posts clearly let it be known you were only looking at front court touches. I apologize for questioning your genius.
I think most professionals are pretty down on Jalen right now. His playoff struggles weren't all about spacing. I understand what the Jalen supporters see though. On his good nights, he looks like a superstar. There's a real possibility that if we traded him, he could become a top-15 player in a few years. Hope and potential are powerful things. He's also really likeable and clearly has listened to Ime and improved his defense dramatically. I would absolutely trade him for an upgrade if possible but if he's still on the roster next season, I'll be a Jalen Green supporter. I support the Jalen Green supporters even though they may not all be totally reasonable all the time. Fans aren't supposed to be always reasonable.
I agree with you that Reed Sheppard deserves more criticism. He was so bad this season that he was unplayable. Just terrible. Aaron Holiday is a vastly superior player to Reed Sheppard. I am all for including Reed in a trade for an upgrade this off-season. Cam was really disappointing as well. I think he showed so much potential his rookie year though that I'd like to see him get more minutes this coming season. Jalen Green is just much better than both Cam Whitmore and Reed Sheppard. Sheppard especially is a dud and looks like the biggest bust on the roster. Jalen Green was much better as a rookie than Reed. I can't agree with the Sengun mention though. I think you're creating an unfair comparison for Jalen Green. Sengun is a couple tiers above Jalen and was much, much better in the playoffs. If Jalen's on the team next season, I'll support him. Jalen and the Rockets though might both be better off with a trade. Jalen might thrive as a number one option on a lottery team with better shooting than the Rockets. I think Jalen might look pretty good playing for the Jazz, for example, who have pretty good shooting throughout the lineup. I could also imagine him thriving on the Miami Heat. They have some good shooters and a really creative coach. Jalen's athleticism is so extraordinary that I think he still has superstar potential. I just don't see as much offensive improvement as I hoped we would see.
I don't think Reed deserves more criticism. He barely played any minutes, it's not worth criticizing at all in my opinion. I am not root for Reed and I think he might be a bust. I am aware there are also some so called "extremist Reed fans" here who believes in his potential and blame the current situation on Ime. Well, I have to say they are more understandable compared to "extremist Jalen fans": 1. This is Reed's first year, he did barely get any chances under Ime, sample size is still small. 2. This is Jalen's fourth year, he is also the guaranteed starter from day one (which even Sengun was not from the beginning, Sengun has to earn it himself). And as you said, we don't see as much offensive improvement as we hoped we would see after four years. The "Sengun mention" many times from people like Stephen_A is probably the most ridiculous argument/comparison they could possibly use to back Jalen. Sengun's offense efficiency did drop this season and I see his near-rim touch is not as good as before, nobody is denying that. But everyone with a proper eyesight can tell who was carrying the team on the offense end consistently during the Playoffs. Let's even look back at the past four years, I see Sengun improved to an all-star step by step while Jalen even retrogressed on his shooting in the first three years and improved (some but too little) this season. Sengun is just a much better player than Jalen right now, not at the same level. Anybody defends Jalen by using Sengun as major excuses is so extreme to me. That's why I tend to describe these people as "extremist Jalen fans". I agree with you that Jalen and the Rockets might both be better off with a trade.
