You are talking about a Jalen replacement. Reed is FVV's replacement.

Only due to Ime's incompetence. You could replace FVV with Sheppard immediately and be a better team for it.

Should be this year......if we were truly trying to build a championship team.

It was a huge failure on Ime's part not giving Reed more minutes. He excelled every time he was given significant time rather than very short stints.

Ime is ****ing up the timeline of building a championship contender - Stone needs to trade away his favorites so the young ones can grow.

FVV- Brooks should both be gone....we don't need them and they are in the way of more talented players that need playing time.

I'd like to see Reed get minutes next year, but it feels like we are pushing a narrative about how we view him as part of the core to buttress his trade value.

Free the Shepherd boy. He can lead our flock by filling up stat sheets. Coach is the only one that has a problem with him. His rotations and offense are a much bigger issue than the rookie. Reed may cost us a few games but he will win a lot more than he looses.

Couldn’t agree more. Brooks holds us back and is overrated and FVV while great in the playoffs is too old and slow to pay the 45mm/year his agent is demanding. Very worried that Stone / Udoke pay FVV what he wants as Ime loves the guy and handpicked him for the role over Harden. Expect 4 years 160-175 million to be announced very soon.

The West is stacked, getting 52 wins as a 2nd is earned due to how good the competition is in the West. Even Utah supposedly the worst team has former all stars John Collins and Lauri Markannen on the team lol. If they in the East they prob a fringe playoff team.

My expectation is even if we run it back the team will improve due to internal player growth. We only added Adams but went from 0.500 to 2nd seed.

Another reminder that this is the moron who said Reed Sheppard had bad shooting mechanics.

You'll never have a valid basketball take.

Besides Stephon Castle and Jared McCain, so many more young players have outshined Reed Sheppard.

    Here is another one.

    Yuki Kawamura.

    LMAO...

24 year old 5'8" Yuki Kawamura really set the league on fire with his 22 games played averaging 4 mins per game, 0.9 ast, 36% fg, 30% 3pt, 0.2 W/S....

This dude will be 25 this time next year.

I hope you were just joking around otherwise I'm glad you're in the Reed hater camp with awful takes like this.

What is Sheppard shooting from 3 again? Below league average right?

Another reminder you are the guy who kept hyping Reed up only for him to play like ass for most of the season. Literally none of your so-called projections worked out.

This is why I noticed you do nothing but complain about Ime in the lotto threads, you realize dont have a clue what you are talking about.

Yuki seems to be as hungry as a young Fred Van Vleet just a lot shorter.

From the time he got back from the G League to the end of the season he shot 40% from 3....

Even then, he's had picture perfect shooting mechanics since college, you just don't know what you are talking about, and that's the problem.

Remember when everybody called me crazy for not believing he'd be:

    "The next Steph Curry"
    "CP3 with a better shot"
    "Better than Jalen day one"

Good times. And I was the crazy one for saying we'd be lucky if he had JJ Redick's impact...

Wasn’t everybody. Mostly just a couple of guys that nobody takes seriously anyway.
