Doesnt mean he'll be the best player ever, but as far as prospects and potential hes up there with the elite of the elite. Whoever your favorite Rockets players are and every pick we can trade that might be worth a damn would be the minimum starting point.

No way Nico trades that pick given how rough their fanbase has been on them post Luka. This draft literally buys Nico at least a few more years to see his plan through. He doesn't get a longer leash if he trades the pick for a bunch of Houston's assets that are supposedly more "ready".

 

Nah - Tyler doesn't play defense and that's part of why people like Flagg so much. To me this answer the question of what if you put a smart competitive player like Larry Bird in today's game but took his long range shooting away and gave him a higher defensive rating. He's going to be useful because he is smart just like Amen - how dominant is just going to hinge on whether he is able to extend his range and figure out ways to be crafty like guys like Harden and Luka because he doesn't quite have the athleticism advantages Amen has.
