    Jalen has warts to overcome but these ain't it. Saying that a potentially great player was corrupted by a bad coach and teammates is weak sauce. Sorry.

    IMO, Jalen's strength is that his game is predicated on sliding by players. Unfortunately for Jalen, the NBA (ironically is based on a non-contact sport) is heavily predicated on contact. Players that regularly draw, absorb, and can play through contact are typically the most successful. Rarely do players succeed in the NBA by avoiding contact.

    If they keep Jalen, they need to take him into the lab, punch him in the face to start every workout, and go from there. This is the way. How can he learn to seek out contact and still get his shots off?
