2025 NBA Draft Lottery Thread (Rockets get #10 Pick)

I personally find him a bit of a boom or bust

 

He is a top 5-6 prospect in this draft and if he were to fall to 8-9 in this draft where the Rockets pick, I would be happy. However I don't think that he is as good as Harper and Flagg. Tre does some things really well, but he doesn't playmake well and he doesn't go to the line or finish well through contact. That can change as he gets older, he is just a lot like Jalen Green and that probably hurts him in the eyes of the Rockets.

 

Admittedly, I'm also sucker for Texas natives..

Amen is our franchise, but we still don’t have that #1 option. If we get a top 2 or 3 pick I say keep taking swings. I don’t think the guys we want in that next tier will fall to #9 so if we don’t jump up tonight I really hope we trade the pick.

Definitely wanna keep a top 2 pick. Tre would be sick but he's too good to last to #9-10 and not good enough to take top 4 imo.

Whatever happens in 3 hrs, let’s just take a moment to appreciate the opportunity to be able to participate meaningfully in the Capture da Flagg movement without tanking or them Nets pick this year. It doesn’t happen often.

 

Flagg during his run in the NCAA reminds me of PB so yes Flagg will be just as good if not as good as PB in the NBA.

This would be amazing. Then trade Green, Brooks, Bari and the PHX picks for Giannis.

 

So this feeling is what Kings fans feel like being in the lottery nearly every year. Exceptions being the Kings haven't won 52 games in over a couple of decades and they traded away their pick.
