For years, the government has mandated hiring unqualified DEI applicants. No one is saying to favor non-DEI candidates. A level playing field is all that is asked. If some can't handle that, then... well, then they have a problem with meritocracy. DEI is racism against groups that have historically earned it and done well. That's awful. GOOD DAY

Not so. NFL owners are almost 100% white yet have no problem with a 70% black representation for players in the league. Because they believe in meritocracy. So why then, do some reject that this same phenomenon can happen with other races in other industries? Such as finance, technology, engineering, etc. If some races are better (on average -- there are always exceptions) at certain things, then fine, accept it and strive to catch up. Don't mandate that the weaker candidate be hired just to right some perceived historical wrongs. Meritocracy should be applied in all fields -- that's fair. And if that means 70% of the NFL is black, and 90% of Wall Street is white, then so be it. GOOD DAY
