While that is true, we taxpayers pay for it, and the money spent goes to his business. As if that's not bad enough, it's where he wheels and deals domestic and foreign policies to the highest bidders lining his pockets or investing in his crypto and real estate businesses. Oh, and then there are all his fundraisers held there as well, to line his pockets with more money. So many lobbyists, politicians, and foreign officials paying high dollars for accommodations and expenses at his resorts to court favors. The grift and corruption raises so many red flags.

The reason hes able to do this is when you know your supporters are too dumb to realize he has no idea what the hell hes doing @El_Conquistador @SuraGotMadHops

He just claimed on Monday he'll never unilaterally lower the tariffs on China and now he's capitulated without any concession

Just curious, what's the highest value negotiation you have ever led?

I helped recoup 130 million dollars for the government in the largest Medicare fraud case in Houston history. You are nowhere near my level which is why you have never won a single argument with me.

A few big red flags here:

    1) Your use of the word "helped". I asked what's the largest negotiation you led. Not helped. Led. Speaks to a very junior level person.

    2) Working for the government. Probably leads you to erroneously regard the government as being a benevolent force for good... when in fact it's a bloated, inefficient place that struggles to recruit talented people.

    3) $130 million is quite low for being your largest transaction.

My beliefs are confirmed. Thank you for your revealing response.

    GOOD DAY

I once negotiated down the cost of high-peso companions for my dinner with Mexican industrialists by 50%

It mentions 50% as some break even threshold but there are no direct references of who said that or why 50% is break even.

Like if it were, then that would mean that'd be amount where Chinese cos could still make money from lost sales and our Murcan middlemen repackagers could still make a profit to continue selling the product.

Which is believable when you consider their cars are selling 3/5 the price domestically (11-15k entry sedan) to some developing countries (18-20k same sedan) and potentially 2x in Western markets (23-30k same sedan but better trim that outclasses competition). American conglomerates love them profit margins and our 401ks loves the off the table crumbs and scraps.

Anyhow, I don't know if the writer considers themselves a business journalist but they're still a bad journalist even for CNN.

    LMAOOOO

His $130 million dollar deal was probably denominated in Jamaican dollars. LOL. No serious professional would trust @astros123 with real money. Heck, I wouldn't let him manage Miau Miau in Mexicali for a night.

I never worked for the government. I saw fraud happening while I owned a independent pharmacy and helped lead to expose the biggest Medicare fraud case in Houston history. I helped the government recoup 122 million which is more than any of you braindead grifters combined have contributed to America. You losers dont get under my skin

So you didn't negotiate the deal. I asked what the largest negotiation you ever led was. You responded with a situation where you spotted fraud and then worked with the government. You didn't LEAD or NEGOTIATE anything. You identified something and then provided support.

Wow, can't even follow simple directions! Amazing.
